KANSAS CITY, Kan. – The Kansas City Chiefs Hunt family is bringing another business venture to the metro.This one is already in the works on the other side of the state line in Kansas City, Kan., and it has nothing to do with sports.”It will bring hope for people of Kansas City, Kan.,” Lamar Hunt Jr. said.Through his charitable division of his Loretto Companies, Hunt has decided to sink some of his football money into downtown KCK’s long empty buildings.
